We collect and use your personal information for the purppose of processing and shipping your order.

How long do we keep your personal data?

We keep your personal data no longer than is necessary. As required by Dutch law we have to keep the data related to your order for 7 years.
The database table with personal data will be deleted every year.

Where do we store your personal data?

We store your personal data and orders in a database, that is hosted by Vevida B.V. All servers of this hosting provider are located in the Netherlands. We also receive the orders by mail.

Sharing of personal data with third parties

We will only provide access to your information to third parties, that perform tasks on our behalf regarding the processing or shipping of your order, and to be in compliance with legal requirements, if necessary. We provide for the purpose of processing and shipping your order necessary personal information to Mollie Payments (via an external plugin), Cheapcargo B.V., DHL International GmbH or Koninklijke PostNL B.V.

Access, correct or remove your personal information

You have the right to review, correct or remove your personal information. You may send your request by mail to info@capsicum.nl. You also have the option to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Cookies and social media

We collect general visitor data through www.capsicum.nl, such as your computer’s IP-address and the time of request and data your browser sends. These data are anonymized and will not be shared with third parties. Capsicum doesn’t use so called “third-party cookies”. We do use cookies to remember your preferred language and shopping bag. These are removed as soon as your browsing session ends. We don’t use social media plugins.

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modifications.
