Terms and conditions
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers from us and to every purchase agreement you conclude with us. A purchase agreement, or sale, is concluded the moment you accept the purchase of the product and the general terms and conditions. After concluding the sale, we will immediately send you a confirmation email.
We take care to ensure you can order and pay securely, and that there is sufficient technical and organizational protection of all (personal) data. We will take the greatest possible care when receiving and processing your order. The purchase agreement, to which the general terms and conditions apply, falls exclusively under Dutch law.
Payment
Once your payment has been received, we will start processing your order. All prices are shown in euros and include VAT.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped with PostNL. Shipping costs are based on PostNL rates plus VAT, which we are obliged to pay to the tax authorities. If in stock, orders will be sent out within 2 to 3 business days of receiving your payment. If an ordered item is not in stock, we’ll let you know as soon as possible. Deliveries within the Netherlands take 1 to 2 business days. Delivery to other European countries takes 2 to 7 business days. If a delivery is not possible within this time frame then we will notify you as soon as possible. Please note that we do not deliver webshop orders outside of Europe. Contact us at info@capsicum.nl to enquire about shipping to other continents, or for a more accurate indication of international delivery times.
Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase you can return it. This is on the condition that the item is not used or damaged, and is returned within 7 days after receipt. Return postage costs must be covered by the customer. We will refund the purchase amount to your account once we have received the returned product, in the same condition as when it was sent. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse shipping costs.
Swatches
Please note that fabric sample swatches cannot be returned.
Colors
Please keep in mind that, due to the different settings and qualities of device screens, the colors of our products and fabrics displayed on your screen may differ to the actual colors. Unfortunately, we can’t prevent this.
Handmade
Our fabrics and products are mainly woven and dyed by hand. Small irregularities can occur with handmade products, but these give our products their unique charm and character. Please be aware that the product you receive may vary slightly from the product displayed on your screen.
