Karm Marg

In 1999 we started working together with Karm Marg, an organisation which is committed to the well-being of homeless children in New Delhi, India.

Karm Marg, or ‘path of action’, offers to some of the most disadvantaged street children of India a safe haven, where they learn skills and can build self-confidence to work on their future. Currently about 60 children between three and eighteen years of age live there. The children leave Karm Marg when they are eighteen, but Karm Marg doesn’t leave them. They receive emotional as well as financial support in their subsequent training and searching for internship placements and work.

The recycled newspaper bags Capsicum is using for many years now, are made by the children of Karm Marg.
